My Philosophy

Life is challenging and sometimes we feel stuck.  I can help you find meaning in life's challenges, and provide support as you get in touch with and work through difficult feelings and old thought patterns.  You have the power to confront your fears, heal from your past, and create a fulfilling life.

People often need support when addressing current or past issues that interfere with being present and being the person they want to be.  Guilt and shame often get in the way of asking for help and sharing challenges with others.  I provide a non-judgmental space for you to examine and explore how you can be kinder to yourself and replace old habits with new patterns more aligned with your values.

“Most people are afraid of suffering. But suffering is a kind of mud to help the lotus flower of happiness grow. There can be no lotus flower without the mud.”
